Return & Exchange Policy

We are happy to offer exchanges and returns on all  orders!

Thank you for shopping with us! If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied you are eligible for a return/exchange within 15 days of your purchase date of your order. If the colour or size you want to exchange is not available, you may exchange for another item for the same value or receive a refund for the purchased item.

We offer Easy Returns and Exchange for the products that do not fit you or you do not like them for some reason.  For returning any product purchased from our Website gipsyonline.com all you have to do is to notify us by simply filling a form in My account > My orders given within 15 days of delivery mentioning the reason for the exchange and return of the product.

Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange. Please be advised that responsibility for the products to be returned will become ours once the pickup is completed from your location by our Courier Partners. Once you request to exchange a product by filling the above form, a pick up is organized for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 2-3 business days after your exchange request has been received. This item is then brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes the quality control check, an exchange is initiated. Please note that for pickup from your location, the accuracy of the addresses is solely your responsibility.

We would like to bring to your attention that in case of frivolous return attempts aimed at taking undue advantage of our Returns Policy, we are entitled to take action permitted under the laws of India.

Exchange/Returns are processed Monday to Friday. If you have placed your order on the weekend or a holiday, it will be processed within the next business day.

REFUND POLICY

Gipsy follows No Cash Refund Policy wherein original shipping charges along with the payment made through credit card, debit card, net banking or COD is non-refunded in cash, we will credit the same amount in your wallet.
